The Artificial Spring (known as the Kroni i Blinit) is a project that was built in 1972 and funded by the Communist government.It was designed as a solution to address water supply challenges in the region, especially during dry spells. The project aimed to artificially create rainfall or simulate a spring, providing a steady water source for agricultural, industrial, and domestic use.
